Nexus Auto shall not be held liable for:

  • Damage caused to vehicles or systems due to Misuse of diagnostic or flashing features
  • Errors resulting from incorrect cables, stolen vehicle parts, faulty PCMs, or wrong OBD configurations
  • Lack of technical understanding from the user

Customers are expected to review and understand the product requirements before use. Nexus Auto's responsibility ends at successful software activation and system validation.

// ๐Ÿงพ BEFORE YOU REQUEST A REFUND, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

At Nexus Auto, our role is to provide pre-installed, pre-configured automotive software and hardware systems โ€” not training, repair, or diagnostic consultation. Because software activation binds the license to your system permanently, refunds are only considered if the software has not been installed or activated.

By completing a software purchase, you accept the license, compatibility, and usage terms outlined below.

// ๐Ÿ“œ NEXUS AUTO SOFTWARE LICENSE & USAGE POLICY

1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

This policy governs all software licenses purchased from Nexus Auto. By purchasing, installing, or using any software from Nexus Auto, the customer ("User") agrees to comply with the following terms.

Nexus Auto is a distributor of software and does not offer vehicle diagnostics, repair services, or software usage training.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Each software license includes:

  • A non-transferable, single-device usage license
  • Installation and activation performed remotely via secure software (e.g., AnyDesk)
  • Offline use of the software unless otherwise stated

Licenses are tied to the machine activated during setup and may not be reused or transferred.

3. AUTHORIZED USAGE

You are authorized to:

  • Use the software on one machine for diagnostic or programming purposes
  • Operate within the scope of vehicle and system compatibility as described at the time of sale
  • Request remote technical support related to installation or activation (within support window)

4. PROHIBITED ACTIONS (LICENSE WILL BE REVOKED IF):

  • Attempting to reinstall or migrate the software without authorization
  • Copying, sharing, cracking, patching, or reselling the license
  • Using the software with incompatible vehicle hardware (e.g., faulty ECU/PCM)
  • Refusing technical support or remote access while requesting warranty coverage
  • Performing unauthorized updates, version changes, or modifications

5. ACTIVATION, COMPATIBILITY & DELIVERY

  • Standard installation is completed within a maximum period of 3 business days
  • In rare cases of system-wide disruptions or platform changes, Nexus Auto may take up to 10 business days
  • Customer must confirm compatibility before purchase โ€” Nexus Auto does not guarantee results on vehicles or systems not listed in the product description

6. SOFTWARE WARRANTY SCOPE

  • Warranty is limited to installation and activation support only
  • One (1) month of technical support is included for activation-related issues
  • Any issue caused by OS reinstallation, driver errors, hardware faults, or unauthorized tampering voids warranty automatically

7. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All software remains the intellectual property of its respective developer(s)
  • Nexus Auto provides the license to use, not ownership of, the software
  • Software licenses are governed by original vendor conditions in addition to Nexus Auto's terms

8. REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds will be granted only under the following conditions:

  • Software has not been installed or activated
  • Refund is requested within 7 calendar days of purchase
  • A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds

Refunds will not be granted under these conditions:

  • Software has already been installed or activated
  • Customer refuses support access
  • Customized packages, activation keys, licenses, digital codes, and personalized hardware are not eligible
  • Return requests made after installation due to lack of understanding or improper use
