// NEXUS AUTO – TERMS & CONDITIONS

APPLIES TO ALL SOFTWARE PURCHASES, LICENSING, AND REMOTE INSTALLATIONS

By purchasing, installing, or using any software from Nexus Auto, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your order.

You must confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions at checkout before completing your purchase.

// POLICY UPDATES

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. All updates take effect immediately upon being published. It is the customer's responsibility to review the latest version before completing future purchases.

// 1. SOFTWARE LICENSE BINDING (HARDWARE ID)

Each license issued by Nexus Auto is permanently bound to the hardware fingerprint of the original PC (including MAC, BIOS, and OS identifiers) at the time of activation. Licenses are:

  • Non-transferable
  • Non-reusable
  • Non-reinstallable

Any attempt to reinstall, move, or emulate the license (including via VM or system clone) will result in automatic license invalidation without refund.

// 2. MANDATORY PRE-PURCHASE COMPATIBILITY CHECKLIST

To ensure successful installation and minimize misuse, customers are required to complete a pre-purchase compatibility checklist confirming:

  • Their system and Interface meet technical specifications outlined
  • They have stable internet and remote access capability
  • Their VCI and vehicle systems (PCM, OBD) are not physically damaged
  • They understand (licenses/ software) are non-transferable and reinstallation is not supported

Failure to complete this checklist waives refund and support eligibility.

// 3. REMOTE ACCESS REQUIREMENT

All installation and technical support is provided remotely via AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Customers must:

  • Allow uninterrupted access during sessions
  • Disable firewalls or antivirus if requested
  • Ensure availability during scheduled installation

Refusal to provide or maintain access voids all rights to support and refund.

// 4. ONE-TIME REFUND POLICY

Only one refund request per customer, billing address, or hardware ID will be honored. Additional refund attempts will be denied, regardless of justification.

Refunds are only allowed if:

  • The software has not been installed or activated
  • The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
  • The customer has completed the compatibility checklist
  • A 5% processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds

// 5. LICENSE BLACKLISTING & ENFORCEMENT

Customers and devices flagged for:

  • License tampering
  • Unauthorized installation attempts
  • Refund abuse
  • Any policy violations

...will be permanently blacklisted. Future purchases and support requests from these users or devices will be denied without notice.

// 6. REFUND COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Refund requests for unactivated licenses will only be reviewed after a mandatory 48-hour cooling period from the time of purchase.

This allows for internal license validation, abuse screening, and installation coordination. Refunds requested within this period will be queued but not processed until the window expires.

// 7. ANTI-CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Your license becomes non-refundable upon activation
  • You waive the right to initiate chargebacks after software is delivered and/or installed
  • All purchases are recorded and supported with full technical logs and screenshots, which will be provided to your payment provider in any dispute

Chargeback abuse will result in license deactivation and permanent ban from Nexus Auto services.

// 8. LICENSE SCOPE & USE

Each software purchase grants:

  • A single-user, single-device license
  • Remote installation assistance (1 time only)
  • One month of post-installation support (limited to setup-related issues)

You are not authorized to share, duplicate, modify, crack, or redistribute any part of the software.

// 9. INSTALLATION TIMELINE

  • Remote installation is typically completed within 24–72 business hours
  • Nexus Auto reserves up to 3 business days to complete the process
  • In case of server outages, third-party system updates, or license key provisioning issues, the timeline may extend to 10 business days

Delays caused by poor internet, incompatible systems, or missed appointments are the customer's responsibility.

// 10. SOFTWARE LIMITATIONS

Unless specifically stated, software sold by Nexus Auto does not include: Dealer/OEM functions such as but not limited to the following: Online programming, key coding, VIN writing, or immobilizer resets for secure gateway-equipped vehicles

All features are limited to the capabilities described on the product page at the time of purchase.

// 11. WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By accessing nexusauto.tech, you agree to:

  • Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Refrain from scraping, data mining, or reselling site content
  • Respect all copyright and intellectual property rights owned by Nexus Auto

Any unauthorized use will result in legal action.
